Our inspections typically take between one to three hours, depending on the type, size, age and condition of the home. We provide a verbal summary of our findings when we have completed the field work. A written report which includes digital pictures of areas that are of concern will be sent to you by e-mail within 24 hours.
Our reports are formatted into an easy to read report. This allows clients with little or no background in the functions of a home an easy to understand explanation of the condition of their new home.
